How to Find Solis Inverter Alarm History and Gather the Information Support Needs
If your Solis inverter shows an alarm (or your app reports a fault), the fastest way to get help is to capture the exact alarm details and supporting evidence before you contact your installer or Solis support. This guide keeps you within a read-only boundary: you will only navigate display/app menus and collect information. You will not change settings, clear protections, or apply steps meant for a different Solis family.
Safety boundary (please read first)
- Do not open the inverter, remove covers, or touch any cabling or terminals.
- Do not change settings or configuration while looking for alarms (avoid any menu items that imply “set”, “control”, “enable/disable”, “reset”, “update”, “calibration”, or “advanced”).
