Description

The Fronius Smart Meter IP is an intelligent meter with LAN and WLAN connection. This bidirectional meter allows for the optimization of self-consumption and the recording of the household's load curve. When combined with the Fronius inverter, the Fronius Datamanager and the Fronius data interface, the Fronius Smart Meter IP provides a clear overview of power consumption.

The smart meter measures and forwards the power flow information to the Fronius inverter and the Fronius Datamanager via Modbus RTU/RS485 or TCP (LAN/WLAN) communication.

**Please note: The Fronius Smart Meter IP is only compatible with Fronius Tauro and Fronius GEN24 inverters.
